We are in the processof manufacturing Spinning Accessories since 1962 and have been supplying to the reputed machinery manufacturers such as TRUMAC, LMW and NSE as O.E. and various Textile Mills in India and Abroad.

Spiked Lattice For Hopper Feeder

Lattice as seen in the Illustration opposite are fitted to Hopper feeder of LMW / Rieter waste opener. Lags are made out of Laminated wood fitted with special quality steel pins to withstand at a high speed. Lags are fitted with Copper rivets & 5 no. Of Nyloflex belts of 50mm. Due to High Stresses we are advising to produce Lattice in endless foam only.

Light & Heavy weight Half Round Lattice:

Lattice as seen in the illustration opposite are very often used for conventional horizontal feeding of Bale Opener, Hopper Feeder, Etc. Lags are Manufactured out of Laminated Wood & well seasoned Beach Wood Legs, Shape may be of Half Round / Tapper & are fitted at any desired between Center with 4/5 NYLOFLEX BELT, with or without Canvas & Also with Copper Rivets Or Screw Fittings. Lattice may be supplied in endless or open end so as to make endless on your Machine.

SPIKED LATTICE FOR HEAVY DUTY BLENDER:
Complete length 10' to 15' long X 38/1/2" to 46" wide X 4 to 6 belt of 50mm to 70 mm NYLOFLEX WITH CANVAS BACKING.

KRISCHNER BEATER LAGS & SPIKED LAGS FOR
ROVING/HARDWASTE CYLINDERS:
For blow room, whether it is old, new or even with chute feed system. The krischner beater is an inherent part of front beater. The pinned lag beater has assumed a great significant role with modern theory of feeding the card with minimum full size of fiber without damaging the fiber characteristic we are well aware of the fact & produced pins made from high grade carbon steel duly hardened & tempered & plated. Our pins are smooth rounded shape & are having sharp points because our awareness we see at our works that bend short & broken pins are not used thus continuously serving to give you the best beater lags.
Our beater lags are made out of laminated wood & well seasoned beach wood with fiber or without fibers, we have also developed aluminum beater lags for the newly imported blow room.

HARD WOOD LAG FOR HARD WASTE & ROVING WASTE OPENER:
Size 21" to 48" length with flat/round hardened spikes. Lag requirements per machine would range from 18 Nos. to 48Nos. depending upon the diameter of the cylinders.

SPIKED LATTICES FOR UNIMIX SYSTEMS:

This lattice for LMW/Reiter unimix systems has laths made from Aluminum profiles. These are connected to an endless belt supported by blind rivents. The lattice is able to run at high speeds.

WOOD CLEARER ROLLER:

It is an important part of ring frame without which following defect in yarn cannot be eliminated.

1. Perfection in Yarn.
2. More Breakages of bottom aprons.
3. More Yarn Breakages due to lint accumulations.
To save yarn wastages, therefore, missing or short wood clearer rollers have to be
replaced by putting new ones, we, at our Bilimora works, manufacture all types of wood
clearer roller assembly for MEI, TEXMACO, LAKSMI- REITER, MMC, ZINSER either
light or heavy wood for any drafting in different Gauges. We are in the list of reputed
