Technique of using MagSol:

The MagSol consists of two solutions:- 

1) MagSol-A

2) MagSol-B.

A set of MagSol consists of 4 bottles. 1 bottle of MagSol-A with Orange sticker and 3 bottles of MagSol-B with Green sticker. The set also consists of other accessories such as Measuring Flask, Brush Gloves, etc.

All the Rubber Top Rolls used in the Spinning Process in the Textile Mills like Draw Frame, Speed Frame, Lap Preparation, Comber (Drop Box Roller) and Ring Frame can be treated with MagSol to prevent Roller Lapping.

The two types of MagSol are to be mixed in the Ratio of 1:3. Please note that the application must be done immediately after the Top Rolls are Buffed. The Top Rolls after application of MagSol must be kept for "CURING" for a period of 48 Hours before putting them on the Machine. 48 Hours curing time is recommended by us. But can be changed from case to case basis, depending on the type of fibre departmental condition (WRT humidity & dry bulb temperature). Querying time can be reduced even to 8 hours after taking trials of MagSol on the buff Rollers.
